User Roles

FlexOfficers serves three user types:

• Security Companies
• Security Officers
• Clients

Users agree to provide accurate information and use the platform only for its intended purpose.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Keep your information accurate and notify us if your account becomes compromised.

Verification & Compliance

Security companies are responsible for verifying officer licenses and credentials.

Security officers are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and certifications. Clients should review company qualifications before selecting a provider.

Acceptable Use

Do not use FlexOfficers for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, false information, spam, or misuse of the platform.

Security Requests & Applications

Clients may post security requests for a fee. Security companies may browse and apply.

FlexOfficers does not guarantee responses, hiring, contracts, or outcomes.

Payments & Fees

Security companies purchase annual subscriptions. Clients pay a one-time fee to post a security request. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Pricing may change in the future.

No Refunds

Company subscriptions may be canceled at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

Security request posting fees are one-time payments and are non-refundable once a security request has been published or submitted.

Limitation of Liability

FlexOfficers is a marketplace connecting users.

We are not responsible for employment decisions, contracts, services performed, payment disputes, or actions taken outside the platform.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of FlexOfficers constitutes acceptance of future updates.
